Diesel Generators are tested by an approved OEM to meet international standards and shipped fluid-free due to safety regulations. Installation and electrical connections must be performed by a certified electrician. The unit, tested and run for 2 hours prior to shipping under strict standards, is guaranteed to function properly; returns or refunds are not accepted. The warranty covers replacement parts during the warranty period, excluding failures from neglect or misuse by the Buyer or their mechanic. The Buyer assumes all liability for injuries or death from operating the generator and must adhere to all safety guidelines. POWER GENERATOR DEPOT is not liable for misuse or accidents resulting from operating the generator while under the influence of substances.
